FTurkey provides business formation, investment consulting, legal referrals, and startup advisory services in Turkey. Specific deliverables are agreed in a separate engagement letter per client.

Fees

Fees vary by scope and are quoted before engagement. Public rate cards and online quotes are estimates unless confirmed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are resolved in Istanbul courts.
